Pet Policy
We allow cats and small dogs up to 35 lbs(Full-Grown). Breed restrictions include: Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, German Shepard, reptiles, or pot belly pigs. Limit two pets per apartment home! Pet fee $300 per pet or $500 for two and $20 pet rent per pet. Pet photo and vaccination records due prior to application approval.
